(exhale) Tadasana
- Feet together, firmly planted, weight in all 4 corners of the feet, toes light
- Arms by the side, shoulders down and back
- Proud / tall / growing taller from the collar bones

(inhale) Urdhva Hastasana
- grow tall from the aches of the feet to the hands overhead
- Grow from the hips to the collar bone up to the ceiling, lift sternum
- Shoulders out of ears

(exhale) Uttanasana
- Swan dive the arms while folding forward
- Keep a microbend in the knees
- Hinge from the hips to fold
- Hands on floor next to feet

(inhale) Ardha Uttanasana
- Come to your finger tips, lift the torso, spine/back flat
- Tailbone and crown of head stretching away from each other
- Gaze fwd and down, keeping back of neck long (no wrinkles)

- High push up, shoulders over wrists, torso parallel to floor
- Spread shoulder blades apart
- Gaze fwd + down to keep neck in line with spine

Chaturanga Dandasana
- Shift shoulder forward of the wrists,
- come fwd onto balls of feet
- (Exhale) lower to 90 at deepest, elbows tucked in to ribs

Bhujangasana
- Inner thighs squeeze together
- Press tops of feet, quads, lower abdomen into floor
- (inhale) lift chest off mat, elbows hug ribs, gaze straight ahead

(inhale) Urdhva Mukha Svanasana
- Strong arms, shoulder out of ears, sternum forward
- Feet press into earth, lifting hips and thighs off floor
- [need a lower back cue]

(exhale) Adho Mukha Svanasana
- Feet hip width distance apart + parallel
- Hands firmly planted, heart melting toward thighs, hips up and back
- Gaze at knee cap or navel
