Advantages- no equipment/ partner needed.
Disadvantage- there is a limit to the stretch.

Uses equipment/ partner to aid the stretch (muscles are relaxed).
Advantages- can be done anywhere.
Disadvantages- need partner/ equipment.

A
Once you reach the maximum of the stretch, your body bounces.
Disadvantage- high risk of injury.
