A converter can influence other converters, or fluxes, and by influencing the fluxes it can indirectly influence the state variables. Not necessarily a constant (Influences the magnitude of the flux )

State Variable (stock - square)

Influenced by ingoing and outgoing fluxes. Can never change directly because of a model parameter! (Modeller can only change initial value)
