Steak & Ravioli Bianco
Base: Beurre blanc sauce, Ravioli bianco (potato, mushroom, marscapone, black truffle) and prawns
Middle: Grilled steak (7oz Sirloin, 5oz Filet, 12oz NY) with JOEY steak seasoning

Base: Pressed salmon sushi (rice, salmon, umami mayo, serrano, crispy gyoza) OR Crunchy tuna roll (marinated tuna, avocado, pickle ginger, cucumber, tempura flakes, spicy mayo)

Top: pea shoots, lime, ginger
