A
- Significant head/face trauma

- Reliability of the patient is in questions
CANDI C- cervical tenderness A- altered mental state at time of assessment N- neurological deficit D- distracting injury I- intoxication/drugs Or Deformity/brushing Unable to turn head 45 degrees
