The precursor to actual recruitment. It generates a pool of qualified applicants, identifying individuals (both active and passive job seekers) who may be potential employment suspects or referral points for other suspects.

Moonlighting refers to an employee who holds a second job outside of normal working hours. This specific instance occurs when a worker is enticed to take on a second job in the organization.

This process provides a brief description on the job and allows employees to respond to internal promotional opportunities for which they have the skills and interest.
