Ex. Impetigo, acne, herpes simplex

Furuncle

A

Abscess or boil
Ex. Localized bacterial lesion caused by a staph pathogen
A nodule surrounded by erythema and edema. Profession becomes a pustule and the cone fills with sanguineous purulent exudate
