I mapped out and facilitated the architectural modifications request process from start to finish regarding application submission and processing, homeowner communication templates and tools, system configuration for committee review, as well as spearheading both committee training and troubleshooting and homeowner training on application supporting document creation and execution, increasing number of complete applications submitted by over 50% and resulting approvals vs denials by roughly 25 - 30%

Task: I was tasked with renting out the property, which included a necessity for market updates, assessment of feedback and evaluating the property’s performance to rent out
Action:
Conducted initial analysis of market, rental demand, pricing trends and occupancy rates
Analyzed and presented market feedback, identifying challenges with existing market plan in area
Proposed and executed transitioning the units to long term rental market plans, remarketed and assisted with tenant screening and placement
Result:
Successful placement of long term tenants in all 4 units, securing reliable cash flow and reducing operational challenges. Resulting maximization of property’s value
