ANA positive
increased ENR and plasma viscosity
increased IgG
antiRo and antiLA - more specific than sensitive

What are clinical signs of SS?
A
tooth decay lymphoma dry cough bepharitis - swollen, dry eyelids salivary gland inflammation

What is the treatment for SS?
A
artificial tears and lubricants
hydrochloroquine for fatigue and arthralgia
good dental hygiene
