Ascending / Descending
The drone moves vertically up or down, capturing a change in altitude.
Forwards / Backwards
The drone moves straight forward or backward, creating a sense of movement through the scene.
Left/Right (Truck)
The drone moves horizontally left or right, parallel to the subject or landscape.
Orbit / Point of interest
The drone flies in a circle around a specific point of interest or subject, keeping the camera focused on the center.
Tilt
While hovering in place, the drone tilts the camera up or down, revealing more or less of the scene.
Pan
While hovering, the drone rotates the camera horizontally, scanning the landscape or following a moving subject.
Crane (Boom)
The drone combines vertical and forward/backward movement, simulating the effect of a camera crane.
Follow (Tracking)
The drone follows a subject or object as it moves through the scene, maintaining a consistent distance and perspective.
Reveal
The drone starts with the camera focused on a close object or scene, then moves away or changes its angle to reveal a larger landscape or point of interest.
Fly-through
the drone flies under or through an object or structure, creating a sense of immersion and depth.
Pullback(Retreat)
The drone starts close to the subject or scene and moves backward, revealing more context or a wider view of the landscape.
Push-in (Approach)
the opposite of a pullback, the drone starts farther away from the subject or scene and moves closer, creating a sense of intimacy or increased focus.
Look-down (Bird’s eye)
The drone hovers high above the subject or scene, with the camera pointing straight down to capture a unique bird’s eye view.
Fly-by
The drone flies past a subject or point of interest at high speed, creating a sense of motion and energy.
