Shoulder ir - iso on inside wall wrist only, cable ir, at 90 after
Abduction - iso elbow on wall, lateral raise, butterfly raise
Elbow flexion - iso bicep curl under table or with db, isotonic then incline

Pos neer impingement before turning the hand - medial rotation

Sling 2 weeks
Restore ROM and strength
Rom assisted w dowel

Post op
No more than 2kg fist 2 weeks
Rom below 90
6-8 weeks abduction isometric and isotonic

Pn any shoulder movement
Pn at night
No adls

Early phase: All ROM has extreme pn
Later phase: reduced rom but less pain
Pos Hawkins Kennedy, neer impingement, speeds test

Tx
Pendulum, wall crawls, prom w dowel, isometrics when ROM is low
