What is the W-Curve of cultural adaption?
The W-Curve depicts the psychological adjustment to a new culture over time and, if accruing, the reentry into the home culture.

What is the Iceberg model of culture?
It distinguishes between observable (percepta) and non observable (concepta) cultural dimensions.
Observable are Material and Social Dimensions, while Mental Dimensions are often not directly oberservable.

Hofstedes Onion model has 4 layers: Symbols Heros Rituals Values
and expressions/practices slicing through all layers.
