First line supervisors shall do all of the following to promote safety in the work environment except

while checking a work area in the jail, you overhear a group of deputies complaining about the sexual jokes being told in the break room. when you ask on of the employees he tells you they were just kidding. your should
take the information seriously and investigate the matter thoroughly
