Hippocampus injected with scopolamine (antagonist) or saline (placebo).

10 minuted later, re-ran maze.

Results and conclusion

A

Took longer and made more mistakes learning maze overall.

Encoding: scopolamine made more mistake than placebo on D1: TTTTT

Retrieval: No difference in retrieval of memories already created.
