- Inhale steadily and deep into the lungs
- hold breath for 5-10 seconds (Allows medication to penetrate into lungs)
- Exhale Slowly through mouth
- Second Puff wait 30 seconds (allow for represurrize in the lungs)
- Repeat all steps
