What are your differentials for the lesion in the picture?
A
Vaginal hyperplasia is most likely, vaginal tumours (e.g. leiomyoma/leiomyosarcoma possible). Uterine prolapse also possible but this tends to occur postpartum.
Vaginal hyperplasia tends to occur during oestrus or proesutrus and should resolve when the dog enters oestrus.
