Usually child <5y
Abdominal mass (most common)
Flank pain
Painless haematuria
Fever, anorexia
Known CKD: what ACR should you refer to renal for
ACR >=70
(unless known to be due to diabetes + managed)
CKD - indications for renal referral
eGFR <30
Accelerated progression
ACR >=70 not DM
ACR >=30 + persistent haematuria
HTN not controlled on 4 drugs
Suspect genetic cause
Suspect RAS
Complication
