a) within two minutes, the Referee should secure and distribute changes to the singles lineup, if any.
b) Communicate the lineup changes to the announcer and Sports Information Director (SID).

What is the procedure when a Referee is called to a court to give a ruling: Five items are required.

A

a) Go to the on-court official and get all the facts they used that led them to make the decision.
b) Ask player/coach for their version and if they would like to add anything to what the on-court official stated.
c) If necessary, get more information from the opposing player/coach.
d) Based on what you heard (you cannot substitute your facts for the on-court official’s), make a decision and explain it if necessary.
e. Ge play restarted.
