- The story claimed Campbell was receiving treatment for drug addiction whilst making a public stand against drugs in modelling
- At the High Court, judges held that details of her drug addiction and treatment could be published ‘in the public interest’
- But they found that details of her treatment and photos of her leaving Narcotics Anonymous were a breach of her privacy
- Images of her emerging from NA session deemed “confidential” even though taken in a public street
