What is baptism define the word?
From the Greek word, “Baptizo” to baptize means to dip and immerse, to submerge; to die, hence to identify with or to permanently mark
What does it mean to be baptized by the spirit?
It means for a person to be placed into the body of Christ. This is the baptism of the Holy Spirit. 1 Cor. 12:13
What is ceremonial Baptism?
It is the act of immersing the believer in water in the name of the Father, the Son and of the Holy Spirit because of their faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior.
What does baptism actually do?
It identifies the believer with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. Rom. 6:3
What does baptism symbolize, represent or portray?
We are buried with Him by baptism and raised with Him into the newness of life. Rom. 6:3-4
What is the Lord Supper or Communion?
It is the act of bread and wine as symbolic of the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ in remembrance of His death till He comes. 1 Cor. 11
Does Ceremonial Baptism or taking the Lord Supper save us?
No.
Can a person lose their salvation?
No, because we are saved by Grace; not works or lack of works. Jude 1:24, 1 John 5:13
What day is the Sabbath day?
It is the seventh day of the week (Saturday). Gen 2:2
