Q

Describe the stages of mitosis

A

1, Replicated DNA is wound up into chromosomes. And the nuclear membrane dissolves and centrioles migrate to opposite poles
2, The chromosomes line up down the equator and from the centrioles spindle fibres attach to the centromeres
3, The spindle fibres contract and the and the sister chromosomes are split and taken to opposite poles where new nuclear membrane forms.
4, The plasma membrane pinches in until two cells are formed.
