What to ask in requisitions where clause along lines of:
successors in title and all other persons entitled to a like right to the free and uninterrupted passage and running of soil water gas or electricity from and to the Property through the sewers drains watercourses pipes cables wires or other channels or conductors which are now laid in or under or passing through the Vendor’s retained land
- Are sewers etc still used jointly ?
- Any disputes re shared items?
- Details of costs (or demands for costs) incurred by seller or predecessors title and arrangements for contributions and maintaining organised?
Property register:
heirs and assigns all mines and minerals within and under the property hereby conveyed with all necessary and proper powers rights and easements for working
What should u ask in requisitions letter?
- pls details who has exception
- has right been exercised in past and caused any damage to property or is seller aware of any proposals to mine in future? if so, details.
Where 2 sellers and no disposition by sole prop, what should u say in requisitions
we understand that [x] has died. pls confirm if this is correct and if so, pls provide a copy of her death cert?
we note that X and Y were T in C. pls confirm will be app second trustee, at their own cost, who will be joining transfer to ensure ben interests

what ask in requisitions?

- has seller or any predecessors in title obtained restrictive cov index insurance policy in respect these cops. if so, pls provide copy.
- seller aware any disputes re these covs?
If got a notice on charges register, what should u ask in charges register
confirm:
- nature interest protected
- confirm notice will be cancelled or withdrawn before exchange
