Describe Insert, edit, delete and format text

A

Text can be inserted, deleted and easily edited. This text can be formatted
using different fonts, sizes and styles. For example, they can be emboldened,
put in italics and the colour changed to emphasise or draw attention to the
text.

A

These can be inserted using the internet, scanned or uploaded. These
graphics can be formatted by cropping them or adding a border. These can be
alongside text to put a point across. These make the presentation more visual
for the reader.

A

o Can be used on text or objects to make the presentation more interesting and
have emphasis on a particular point. Text/objects can be set to appear,
change on, or leave the screen in a variety of ways when clicking the mouse
or keyboard. For example, fading in, flying out.

Describe Transitions

A

Make the change from one slide to another more eye catching for the
audience. For example, the first slide could be set to fade away and the
second can be revealed slowly.

A

Used to display dates, slide numbers or an appropriate graphic such as a logo.

A
