A
hypokalemic/ hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis with compensatory respiratory acidosis

Muscular dystrophy:
they have poor gastric motility and are considered full stomach, what do you use?
A
- lower doses of shorter acting NDMR (roc); with cric pressure.
- they dont need alot of NDMR (less muscle mass) and cannot take SUX d/t risk of hyperkalemia and arrest
