- intrinsic muscles of the hand
- flexors, extensors of the wrist and fingers
- Typical presentation is intrinsic minus, or claw hand

- Klumpke’s Paralysis
- Injury to C8-T1
- May also present with Horner’s Syndrome with involvement of T1
