Habit 2 means what?
Define your mission and goals in life.
What is Habit 3?
Put first things first.
“I don’t have to” and “I don’t want to” is what kind of language? Reactive.
What kind of person does everything in excess? As in binge watches Netflix, is on their cell phone for hours, and stays up all night.
The slacker
When planning, what is the best time frame to use based on Habit 3?
weekly planning
“I would love to do that” is what kind of language?
Proactive.
What kind of person puts things off and puts things off and puts things off until it becomes a crisis?
Procrastinator.
What kind of person has a hard time saying no and often caves into peer pressure?
The yes man.
What is something we do over and over without thinking about it?
Habit.
What are the two ingredients of the time quadrants?
Important and urgent.
That is the courage zone?
Things that make us uncomfortable and involve risk. (making new friends, speaking in front of a crowd, etc.)
What is the comfort zone?
The things we are familiar with and the activities we love doing.
What are the crossroads of life?
The paths you choose today that shape you forever.
that is a personal mission statement?
Personal motto that states what your life is about.
