An increase in proteinaceous fluid from hemodynamic disturbance or microvessel injury

Cardiogenic PE, Decrease in oncotic pressure, Lymphatic obstruction

A
Increased permeability from infection, toxic drugs, shock, trauma, sepsis, radiation
