Procedure: Build and pull through.
Garnish: Grapefruit slice, dried hibiscus flowers

1oz pink grapefruit sherbet (jig)
FILL soda water

Ice: ⅔ crushed
Procedure: Build churn cap
Garnish: printed orange wheel, skewered cherry, mint sprig.
