Common Hazard encountered in our workplace
is an agent, factor, or circumstance that can cause harm with or without contact. They canbe classified as a type of occupational hazard or environmental hazard
ex: tech support cables across the floor
Physical Hazard
risk control: use cable ties or cord covers

A type of occupational hazard caused by exposure to chemicals in the work place. Exposure to chemicals in the workplace can cause acute or ** long-term detrimental health effects**
ex: cleaning equipmen or harsh substances that can cause skin irritation
Chemical Hazard
risk control: PPE, Disposal of hazardous materials
Common Hazard encountered in our workplace
refer to potential physical risks associated withworking in environments where moving machinery, tools, or heavy equipment are present
ex: servers, cooling systems, or etc with moving parts
Mechanical Hazard
risk control: for heavy loads use trolley, hoists, etc
Common Hazard encountered in our workplace
are typically present in environments where electrical systems, equipment, and installations are used or maintained
ex: electric shock when in contact with live electrical
Electric Shock Hazard
risk control: PPE, De-energize eqipment, check for power static control
