Requires to XRAY PLANES- AP or lateral mortise as well as mortise view

Bloods- FBC, UE, CRP, LFT, BONE PROFILE AND CALCIUM/ VITAMIN D

Calculate the frax score if high risk

important for patients to move ankle within first 2 weeks
