2) the buddha is not a god just a normal person like us. therefore we can be enlightened too if we for example give up the three poisons
what are the three marks of existence
anicca, anatta and dukkha
why would some buddhist believe anicca to be the most improatnt
impermanence is inevitable, for example when something changes we are able to accept it and prevent suffering
teaching: “you only lose what you cling to”
what is nirvana

what do people who achieved nirvana end
suffering meaning they completed the 4 noble truths ‘suffering has an end’
people who achieved nirvana have left samsara. what does this mean
they are now at peace and do not have to return to a world of suffering
what does anatta mean
no fixed self or soul
give another reason why buddhist would believe anicca is more important
if a person is having mental health problems they know that change is inevitable therefore they will not suffer forever and they should keep a right view on life
why would buddhist think anatta is more important
it addresses identity as the main obstinate and o reaching enlightenment
