oral exam - look at tonsil size
pectus excavatum
cardiac exam - RV hypertrophy, pulmonary HTN, systemic HTN

primary treatment - adenotonsillectomy

dental therapies
anti inflammatories ( i guess if rhinitis is a feature)
* intranasal steroids - fluticasone propionate 50microg 1-2 sprays daily
* montelukast 10mg OD
CPAP
