A
- claims to be evidence based
- implements whole school approach intervening at different levels to eliminate all risk factors eg parental involvement

CLASS LEVEL
A
- meetings held every week with students in classes
- vital to succeed of programme as they include all students eg bullies bystanders accomplices and victims
- meetings have an educational purpose to increase knowledge and understanding of behaviour and consequences
- meetings should promote anti-bullying norms and values and give students chance to discuss establsih and apply anti bullying rules

SCHOOL LEVEL
A
- four main school wide intervention elements
- first a questionnaire which is dirributed to all students to seek views on how often bullying takes place and what kind
- completed anonymously at start and end of the programme
- second intervention includes school wide training day for discussion and planning
- third bullying prevention coordinating committee is formed to organise the programme across the school
- last system is created to supervise hot spots around the school where bullying is most likely to take place

COMMUNITY LEVEL
A
- students and staff promote anti-bullying message throughout wider community with posters leaflets etc
- major aspect is kickoff day a special event to which members of the community are invited to begin programme
- purpose is to get local people involved such as joining coordinating committee
