TCA - amitriptylline, nortriptylline
AEDs - gabapentin, pregabalin
Opioids - inadequate response, opioids can be given.
- Morphine + oxycodone prescribed by specialist only
- Tramadol prescribed in the meantime

Sudden/severe faical pain described as electric shocks in jaw, teeth or hums.
Occurs in short unpredictable attacks
