Hydroxycarbamide - cytoreductive on all cells
Anagrelide - specific anti-platelet
Aspirin - keep platelets <400

Ruxolotinib - JAK2 inhibitor
Allogenic SCT
Splenectomy if causing pain
(RBC + platelet transfusions usually ineffective as splenomegaly = sequestration)
