3 Ps
- Pituitary (prolactinoma, acromegaly, adrenal, carcinoid tumours)
- Parathyroid adenoma/hyperplasia
- Pancreas (insulinoma, gastrinoma)

Features of MEN 2?
A
TAP
- Thyroid - medullary thyroid cancer (always in MEN2)
- Adrenal - phaeo (50%)
- Parathyroid hyperplasia

Features of MEN 3/2B?
A
MEN 2 (thyroid carcinoma + phaeo) but without hyperparathyroidism
Also has mucosal neuromas (bumps on lips/cheeks/tongue/eyelids) and a Marfanoid appearance

Endocrine symptoms Systemic symptoms (hypertension, weight changes, abdominal pain, headache)
