What is the DOC for tx of Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia? What are the drugs SE?

Adenosine is a rapid-acting drug that slows conduction through the AV node by hyperpolarizing the nodal pacemaker and conducting cells.
>SE: chest burning (bronchospasm), flushing, hypotension.

Internuclear ophthalmoplegia is a conjugate horizontal gaze d/o in w/c the ipsilateral eye is unable to adduct and the contralateral eye abducts w/ nystagmus. Convergence and pupillary light reflex are intact.
