Spalling is the deterioration of concreteor masonry caused by excessive moisture and is unlikely to casue a retaining wall to fall.

A false-color image is an image that depicts an object in colors that differ from those a photograph (a “true-color” image) would show.

What is the best way to measure a dome?
Laser Scanning - This can make the required measurments from just a few points.
Photogrammetr would take more time and would need a combination of base points in the dome and hand survey
Field Measurments - This is taken by hand and can take a very long time.
