What is the Screw story?
A power plant went fully offline. Everyone was worrying, and no one knew how to fix it, so the management called an expert. The expert came in, looked around for a while, and turned one screw. The plant came back online, and, when presented with a $10,000 charge, the management asked to see the bill. It stated “Turning screw: $1, Knowing which screw to turn: $9,999”
