elys = passive knee flexion prone thomas = pt supine, leg off table, other leg to chest.

decrease posterior rotation, decrease tight hamstrings, glutes and abs, increase strength quads, iliopsoas, lumbar mm

length test, MMT quads iliopsoas, lumbar mm, long sit test.
SLOP = short to long is posterior.

Long to short = anterior

adductor strain.
decrease adductor HT, increase abductor strength
upslip downslide of pubis test
pubis symphysis stress test, palpation/observation of ASIS, PSIS and pubis. High? Low? Ipsilateral?
outflare tx goals
decrease outflare, increase mm strength abdominals, decrease HT glutes

squish = posterior SI ligament
inflare tx goals
decrase inflare, increase mm strength glutes, decrease HT abs
facet irritation tx goals
decrease pain, increase pain free lumbar extension, assist in facet jt health.
Swedish LB/glutes, TSP, Jt mobes - j stroke, gapping/rotation, PA glides, myofascial.

quadrant test
DD: seg instability.
spondylolithesis tx goal
decrease pain, decrease mm spasm.
precaution - local deep work, do not remove protective muscle spasms.
CI - aggressive jt mobes on or near spondy.
