flamingo, gapping, squish, stork, jam jar, gillet, IPK

flamingo = pt stands on one leg
gapping = anterior SI lig
squish = post SI lig
stork = mod tree pose
jam jar = joint mob
gillet = PSIS/sacral crest landmark and hip flexion.
IPK = same as gillet but prone and hip extended.
