No. Not any more.
1. Assessment of brain invasion is subjective.

Fibroblastic and transitional.
In borderline grade 2/3 meningiomas, there are 2 genetic analyses that can be done to decide. Which are they?
TERTp mutation and homozygous CDKN2A/B loss. If present= type3.
