Depraved Heart Murder. A killing that is committed to reckless indifference to an unjustifiably high risk to human life

Murder Causation
A
A defendant must be both the actual cause and proximate cause of the victim’s death. For actual cause use the but for test. For proximate cause, we look to whether the defendant’s action were the natural and probable consequence of the death and was reasonably foreseeable.
