Give examples of causes of pre-renal failure

A
  • Hypovolaemia,
  • haemorrhage,
  • sepsis,
  • third spacing of fluid,
  • heart failure,
  • hepatorenal syndrome,
  • renovascular disease,
  • medications (NSAIDS, ACE, ARB, cyclosporine, tacrolimus),
  • hypercalcaemia
