A
Swellings along lymph vessels

What is lymph fluid made up of
A
Water , white blood cells (lymphocytes), digested fat

What are the functions?
A
Transport- collect tissue fluid and return to blood
Defence- lymph nodes store lymphocytes
Fat absorption- lacteals in villi absorb fatty acids and glycerol

Where does lower body drain
A
Goes to thoracic duct and then drains to left subclavian vein

A
Drains to thoracic duct and then left subclavian vein
