TSH & Free T4
CBC/ w diff

What would be the preferred treatment regimen for someone with limited stage SCLC?
cisplatin + etoposide
-radiation
-no maintenance therapy
What would be the preferred regimen for someone with resectable NSCLC with no mutations? (squamous & non-squamous)
non-squamous= cisplatin + pemetrexed
squamous= cisplatin + gemcitabine/docetaxel
What is the first line treatment for NSCLC metastatic squamous cell?
pembrolizumab + carboplatin + paclitaxel (or nab-paclitaxel)
What is the first line treatment for non-squamous metastatic NSCLC mutation negative?
