Memor is not reliable beacuse memory is reconstructive. Eyewitnesses do not reproduce what they witness but reconstruct their memories on the basis of relevant schematic information illustrating how meory is unrealiabel. In this study it demonstrated that verbs of a higher emotional intensity may cause participants to recall event that never occured. Their memory for the original even was distorted by the question used one week earlier, demonstartoingthe power of leading questions .
