Explain how/when Media coverage can impact the popularity of tennis?

- During certain points of the year there is higher coverage i.e Wimbledon which increases the popularity/participation due to more people seeing it.
- At other points of the year media coverage is a lot lower which means that it can decrease the spectatorship and potentially how many people participate.
Explain how success is a factor in contributing to higher participation in Tennis. Give an example of a successful player.

Serena Williams (can be any recent tennis player) is a very successful tennis player and has won lots of titles. Her success means she is role model to aspire to be like which may result in people taking up tennis as a sport.
