Thru the front door. Down to cellar via interior stairs. When fire has control of the first floor, stretch to the second floor via outside stairs.

The first line could then be advanced to the top floor AFTER the cellar fire has been controlled by the second line.

A

When first line goes to cellar, second line shall extinguish any fire on the first floor and proceed to top floor AFTER First line has controlled the cellar fire.

When first line covers public hall, second line will be stretched to cellar via EXTERIOR.
