- Early Toxicity w/ S/S (Tinnitus, Twitching, slurred speech, confusion)
- Late Toxicity S/S (Hypotension/Heart block)
- 2 mins to hit central circulation

A
- dose reduced in low CO states for >70 y/o, hepatic dysfunction (not for initial dose in CPA)
- give via AC with arm elevated and a 20/30 cc fluid bolus
