They try to avoid reality of their own freedom
So they create self deception where they deny their freedom

Attempt to escape Pain an anguish of life by pretending we aren’t free
What do ppl convince themselves
That they r the way they are because of things that r external
So anything which means they dont have to accept responsibility of their circumstances in life
(Clear evidence we have responsibility of our own lives)
